02 — What data can we collect?
Your contact details and addresses
The order form provides your name, first name, email, telephone and billing and delivery addresses: country, address, complement, city, region and postal code. The proposed or mandatory fields depend in particular on the country chosen.
Your order
The products, quantities, prices, discounts, order status and notes you enter help prepare and track your purchase. A gift message, when you add one, accompanies the order information.
Your account and your choices
An existing account may contain your contact details, addresses and order history. The Favorites and Compare features also save your selections as they work.
Your exchanges and contributions
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email, subject and message; telephone and order number are optional. Product reviews may contain a name, email address, rating, and comment. Do not post confidential information in a review or photo.
Technical information
The operation of the site uses session identifiers and cookies. Browser, IP address and visit origin information may be processed for connection purposes, prevention of abusive submissions and attribution of visits to orders.
We seek to collect only the information necessary for the service requested.
03 — Why do we use this information?
This information is used to manage your basket, process your order, organize its delivery, answer your questions and track requests relating to your purchases. They also allow you to maintain your account, your selections and the security functions of the site.
Subscribing to the newsletter is a separate process. An order or an account does not, in itself, constitute a subscription to this newsletter.

04 — Orders and WooCommerce
The store uses WooCommerce to manage orders, billing, shipping details, related communications, and purchase history. The corresponding data is stored in the site database.
Order without account
Guest ordering is enabled: you don't necessarily need an account to purchase. Order information remains necessary for processing and tracking the purchase.
Messages and special requests
The order notes and gift messages that you provide may be kept with the order to allow it to be prepared. Avoid including sensitive information unrelated to your request.
05 — Payment
The site is set up with WooPayments for electronic payments, as well as bank transfer and cash on delivery. The methods actually offered for payment may vary depending on your order and their availability.
Sensitive information entered into payment interfaces is generally processed directly by the chosen service provider. The order retains the information necessary for tracking the payment, such as its status and reference. This policy does not claim that the site stores your full card number.
Data processed by a payment provider also falls under its own privacy information.
06 — Delivery
Your delivery details are used to deliver your order and to contact you about it. The necessary information can be communicated to the delivery partner.
Verify the address and telephone number before confirming your order. If you are having a gift delivered, only provide the recipient's useful contact details.
07 — Your abcdeco Art account
If you already have an account, your customer area allows you to consult the information and orders associated with it and to manage the available functions. New public listings are not currently enabled.
Authentication uses WordPress mechanisms. You should not share your password with our team or include it in a support request.
For a request relating to your account data, use the contact indicated in this policy. Some order information may require separate review of a request to delete the account.
10 — Who can the data be shared with?
People responsible for managing orders and responding to requests can access the information necessary for their mission. The operations may also involve the payment provider, the delivery partner and the technical services used by the site.
The contact form transmits your message to the site team. If you use the WhatsApp link, you open an external service and the information you send there is also processed in this service.
External fonts and WooCommerce/WooPay services may receive technical connection data. The presence of an installed extension does not mean that all its functions or all its providers are used.
11 — How long do we keep your data?
Retention must be examined depending on the purpose of the information, the status of the order or account, applicable obligations and possible disputes.
No automatic deletion duration is currently specified in the reviewed WooCommerce settings. It should therefore not be assumed that an order or an account will be automatically deleted after a specific period of time.
You can contact us to find out how your information is processed and request its deletion when applicable.
12 — How do we protect your information?
The site uses an HTTPS connection and WordPress authentication and permissions mechanisms. The contact and registration forms include controls aimed at limiting abusive submissions.
No device guarantees absolute security. Use a personal password and avoid transmitting full banking details, passwords or sensitive documents by email, message or contact form.
13 — Your rights
Depending on the applicable regulations and your situation, you can request access to your information, its rectification, its deletion or object to certain uses. The removal of a commercial registration may also be requested.
Specify in your message the email address concerned and the subject of your request: access, rectification, deletion, opposition or other question relating to the data. Reasonable information may be necessary to verify your identity before certain transactions.
Do not attach ID by default. A deletion request may require distinguishing between erasable information and information whose retention remains necessary.

Some technical service providers may process data in countries other than that of the user. Where this applies, the necessary safeguards must be examined according to the applicable regulations.

abcdeco Art is a commercial platform intended for people able to make a purchase or acting with the necessary authorization.

This policy may evolve to reflect changes to our services, tools or applicable obligations.
