01 — Purpose and scope
These General Conditions of Sale apply to orders placed on the abcdeco Art website. They present the terms of selection, ordering, payment, preparation, delivery and, where applicable, return or refund of the products.
Before confirming your order, consult the information on the product sheet and the conditions applicable to your purchase.
02 — Products offered
The boutique notably presents creations of decoration, tableware, textiles, leather goods and other artisanal worlds. The characteristics to take into account are those indicated on the sheet of each product.
Photographs, dimensions, materials, colors and information on the origin or the craftsman can be provided depending on the piece. Contact our team if an important feature for your purchase is missing or needs to be clarified.
03 — Particularities of artisanal products
Some creations are shaped, decorated, assembled or finished by hand. Slight variations in color, texture, pattern, dimensions or finish may exist between similar pieces.
These variations can contribute to the artisanal character of a piece; They do not, on their own, allow us to rule out a request concerning a damaged product or one that does not conform to its description.
Each piece bears the trace of the gesture that shaped it.
Photographs and rendering
The photographs aim to represent the products faithfully. Color rendering may vary depending on screen and material characteristics.
04 — Price
The prices displayed are those presented at the time of your order. Check the summary and total amount before confirming.

Promotions and codes
Promotional codes may be subject to expiration dates, minimum amount, product or category restrictions, and usage limits. The cart checks the conditions of the entered code.
05 — Place an order
Choose your product and its options, add it to cart, then check the items and quantities. Enter your contact details, your delivery address and the information requested at checkout. Select the delivery and payment options offered, then check the summary before validation.
After registering the order, WooCommerce assigns it a number. Customer notifications are configured according to their status; contact us if you cannot find the expected information.
Order without account
Ordering without an account is available. The contact details necessary to process your purchase are still requested at checkout.
06 — Availability
Availability is indicated on the product sheet according to recorded stock data. Quantities of certain parts may be limited. An unavailable product should not be considered orderable upon request without specific confirmation.
If an availability difficulty appears after your order, contact our team to examine applicable solutions. No automatic reimbursement deadline is announced here.
07 — Payment
Payment methods configured for the store include:

- Cash on delivery
The options actually offered depend on your order, your address and the eligibility of the payment method.
Electronic payments are processed according to the operation of the chosen service provider. Do not send your full card number or banking password by message to our team.
If a payment is declined, interrupted, or incomplete, check the status of your order before trying again. Processing depends on the payment method used.
08 — Delivery

09 — Receipt of the order
Upon receipt, check if possible the external condition of the package and the products received. In the event of a missing, incorrect or damaged product, contact customer service specifying the order number.
Product damaged?

For a return request, contact abcdeco Art with your order number and the product concerned. Ask for proper instructions and address before shipping. The follow-up to the request is examined according to the situation and the applicable conditions.

12 — Personalized products and manufacturing to order
Customization or specific manufacturing should only be considered available when offered on the product sheet or confirmed by our team. Carefully check the texts, options and instructions before validating a request.
The deadlines and specific conditions for modification, cancellation or return must be specified for the request concerned. The mere presence of a gift message does not mean that the product is custom made.
13 — Customer account
An existing account allows you to view orders and manage the information available in the customer area. Creating new accounts on the My Account page is not currently enabled. Keep your login details confidential and contact us in case of difficulty.
Favorites allow you to keep selections based on the features offered. For any questions regarding your data, consult the privacy policy.
14 — Liability
abcdeco Art implements reasonable means for the operation of the store and the tracking of orders. If there is any difficulty with the site, payment, delivery or product, contact our team to allow for review.
